Computer based learning has become an important part of education. With the development of new technologies, such as JAVA, LabView, Matlab, remote accessible equipments and the WorldWideWeb, it is now possible to simulate and remote access engineering laboratory projects on a computer. With Internet access, the web-based virtual laboratories allow the students to conduct detailed experiment any time they want.

The labs are web-based engineering experiments developed for undergraduate engineering students. The object of this project is to develop a remote accessible, scalable, and shared web-based experiment frame. Based on this frame, several virtual and remotely accessible laboratory (VR-Lab) experiments will be developed.
